What is the largest you can print?
For the best quality we aim for 15.75” x 16” also depends on the art

How do I prep files?
All Files must be at minimum of 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. Orders cannot be started until we have usable artwork.

What is your turnaround time?
Typical turnaround time is 7-15 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts when your order is paid for AND we have all information to complete your job.

Can I Mix and Match Shirt & Ink Colors?
Yes. Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same. You must order at least 12 of each shirt color. If we need to change ink colors additional fees will apply.

Do you offer Embroidery

We embroider on hats, beanie’s , aprons and towels

What is the minimum print order?

T-shirts, tote bags, aprons any qty, flour sack, and kitchen towels we prefer 50 qty but will accommodate any size order

Can you drop ship to my customer, and what about using my packing slip?

Yes we can drop ship and yes we can use your invoice or packing slip

What about folding or banding, tagging do you do any of that?

Yes we can attach hang tags, apply kraft bands, and print them, we offer folding too, use the form on the print or shop page let us know what you have in mind

What is “cut size”

We use industry standards to display sizes, finished size is 1 to 2 inches smaller than cut size. If you need the finished size of a item send us a email we are happy to provide that

Do you offer wholesale pricing

Yes we mostly work with B2B (business to business) customers , our pricing is set up for whole sale pricing. Pricing depends on quantity the sales rep will provide you the best discounts available at the time of your order

Do you offer free shipping ?

No we feel free shipping is a scam, we do not want to have any hidden cost in your purchase, we offer upfront fair pricing with the steepest discounts we can offer.
