What is the largest you can print?
For the best quality we like to stay inside 15.75” x 16”, but it also depends on the art. We'll let you know what will work best!

How do I prep files?
All Files must be at minimum of 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. Orders cannot be started until we have usable artwork. If you need help, we can refer you to designers who understand preparing art for print.

What is your turnaround time?
Typical turnaround time is 7-15 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts when your order is paid for AND we have all information to complete your job.

Can I Mix and Match Shirt & Ink Colors?
Yes. As long as the ink colors are the same, it's very easy to swap in a different color shirt for the same print. You must order at least 12 of each shirt color. If you need us to change ink colors additional fees will apply.

Do you offer Embroidery?

Yes! We embroider on hats, beanies, aprons and towels.

What is the minimum print order?

We'll print T-shirts, tote bags, or aprons at any quantity. Flour sack, and kitchen towels we prefer a minimum of 50, but we will accommodate any size order.

Can you drop ship to my customer, and what about using my packing slip?

Yes! We offer drop shipping and we can use your invoice or packing slip with the order.

What about folding or banding, tagging do you do any of that?

Yes! We'll attach hang tags, we'll print and apply kraft bands, and we offer folding too. Just let us know what you're looking for when you fill out the form on the print or shop page.

What is “cut size”

We use industry standards to display sizes, and finished size is 1 to 2 inches smaller than cut size. If you need the finished size of a item, send us a email and we'll gladly get you that information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing

Yes. We primarily work with B2B (business to business) customers, so our pricing is set up for wholesale. Pricing depends on quantity, and the sales rep will provide you the best discounts available at the time of your order.

Do you offer free shipping ?

No. We feel free shipping can cause shops to apply unfair price increases to our customers. We do not want to have any hidden cost in your purchase, so we offer upfront fair pricing with the steepest discounts possible.
